- All massages are done over the clothes without any lotion or oil.
- Wear clothing that is comfortable to wear/move in. No Dresses/skirts, loose jewelry or textured clothing.
- Client must be able to at least lay down supine (on their back laying face up) on a 4 foot high massage table with assistance and bolsters for support/help.
